UNDERSTANDING
YOUR PURCHASE
What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase Pocket VetGo, you are purchasing a license that
allows you to use the Pocket VetGo software under the terms and
conditions specified in the End User License
Agreement (EULA). Since the software is customized for your
practice before shipping, it cannot be returned once you receive
it. It is therefore important that you thoroughly review the product
literature, run the online demos, and inquire in detail about the
features of the product before purchasing. We will be happy to spend
as much time with you as required to support your purchasing decision.
What We Guarantee
Once you purchase the software we will stand behind it. We guarantee
that it will do everything we say it will do in the user manuals
and advertising materials. We do not, however, guarantee that it
will do everything you might want it to do in your practice. In
other words, we do not guarantee it for suitability of purpose.
So, please review the features of the software before purchasing.
Once you install it, we can’t take it back.
What About the Hardware
We don’t manufacture the hardware. We simply purchase it for
you and then send it to you. Once you receive it, you should register
it with the manufacturer and review the manufacturer’s warranty.
All hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In
many cases, you may want to purchase the hardware directly from
the manufacturer rather than through us. Click here for hardware
manufacturers.
What If I Find a ‘Bug’
Hopefully, any ‘bugs’ will have been caught and fixed
prior to releasing the software. However, it is always possible
that users will use the software in unforeseeable and untested ways.
As a result, it is possible that you might discover a ‘bug’.
If this happens, we will confirm and fix the bug as quickly as possible
and send you an update. If you are the first to report the bug,
we will also extend your service contract by one month as our way
of thanking you for bringing the problem to our attention. We publish
bug reports on our support forum.
